Depending upon the current use of a building and its future plans we can provide the suitable required surveys to suit your needs. We will carry out the necessary survey for your property or project and ensure that all work undertaken is legally compliant, safe, cost effective and delivered in an efficient manner.
For individual suspect materials or areas of concern where a full survey is not required, we will visit site and carry out sampling of the suspected material. Where this is the case samples can be returned to the client within as little as 4 hours of being submitted to the laboratory ensuring peace of mind and action plans made with a minimum of delay.
We offer independent, specialist asbestos surveyors who are fully qualified to both BOHS P402 & P405 level. They provide the perfect solution to enable the client to comply with CAR (Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012) Regulation 4 ‘The Duty to Manage’.

Where asbestos is deemed to be in good condition and its removal is not necessary, or if it is inaccessible or its removal would affect the integrity of a building and cause damage, encapsulation may be a preferred alternative to removal. We are able to offer a full asbestos encapsulation service.
Where asbestos containing materials require removal eg. to an internal ceiling or a garage roof, we can offer a replacement service of a suitable replacement material. At the time of your initial enquiry simply ask our team for this option and we will be happy to quote accordingly.
Our highly trained operatives are experienced in carrying out ‘soft-strip’ on projects where there is a requirement for non-structural elements of a building to be removed. Soft strip encompasses the removal of internal finishes, M&E services and non-load bearing elements of the structure.
We use soft-strip techniques where we can remove recyclable materials such as timber, metal and plastics, prior to the full demolition of site or where a building is undergoing major refurbishment. Soft-stripping allows us to segregate waste materials and, as a licensed waste carrier, ensure that we maximise the amount of material that is reused. We currently aim to recycle 95% of all materials.
